Zoomtopia 2025
This project combined live stage presentations by the Zoom CEO, top executives, and celebrities with a multitude of Zoom-based breakout rooms and group presentations.
Our role was to plan & establish hardened, secure, and performant IP networks to support the multitude of systems in use — IP communications, streaming HD video, audio-over-IP, utility access, wireless services and more — while ensuring uninterrupted stream output to the Internet backbone. A huge success!
Smithsonian’s Earth Optimism 2020
Originally slated for a multi-day, in-person event in Washington D.C., the Earth Optimism 2020 Digital Summit was stood up in it’s stead, as one of the very first Virtual Productions to take place due to the health concerns of 2020’s COVID era.
While live events everywhere were going into multi-year hibernation, we stepped up and joined forces with other event producers to plan & execute a four-day live-streaming event, which congregated production staff in Hawaii, friendly hosts all along the eastern seaboard, and over 100 live presenters throughout the world.
This was all executed in a spacious, health-conscious warehouse in California, where we brought together graphics and video content playback, live video and audio mixing of stream feeds, national IP communications with dispersed production staff, and IP stream management out to the cloud. What normally would have been another sad cancellation, instead turned into a joyous virtual celebration of our amazing planet. Thanks for your trust, Smithsonian!
Jurassic World Exhibition - Spain 2018
Nowadays, to bring dinosaurs to life, it requires an immense amount of IP networking! In order to re-create the magic of these life-size, majestic beasts that came before us, a multitude of parallel IP networks needed to be stood up to satiate the various elements that brought this exhibition together — automation & animatronic controls, video surveillance, QSys Q-LAN audio-over-IP, communications, show control elements, people counters, wireless networks, video playback, PC & display automation, and more.
